"Muy mala atenci ón al cliente , las personas no tenían ganas de trabajar , no hay ningún servicio exclusivo para los elites , la comida pésima , habina bichos q tenían q estar fumigando, para ser elites tuvimos muy mala experiencia , las toallas y sábanas de la habitación machadas, el jacuzzi de la habitación sucio y cuando se abría salía agua con mal olor , la secadora de pelo no funcionaba , terrible ."

"Entertainment by the pool was cool. Staff were helpful, professional and polite. The food was very mid/ mediocre. I ended up losing 6 pounds because the food simply was not good! The silent party was definitely a highlight. The whole time share thing was annoying. Everywhere you went, including at the hotel it’s like “come to my presentation”. Ugh just a no for me. The spa was nice. She literally took the knot out of my back. I would do that 100 times. First night $60 went missing from my bag so for the rest of the trip we used the safe and still put up the do not disturb sign."

"This property needs to be upgraded. Air was not working. They fixed it and the next morning it was burning hot. Room 3167 and 2174. Shower head needed replacing. Water going everywhere. Staff rude but not all. Some were very helpful. Food was mediocre. Drinks was strong if you want to get drunk . They did shuttle to the casino. Small casino. They said you have access to other RIU hotels but when they had the all white. I asked if they shuttled and was told you have to pay taxi. Be careful because they do charge if you loose key card or towel card. I would not recommend this hotel for older crowd. This is for the young adults. I was not impressed with this hotel and I’m not hard to please. Party of 12 and over half complained most of the trip."
