"Claro. Aquí tienes la versión en inglés, manteniendo un tono natural y apropiado para un review: Although the service was good and the hotel was clean, overall I didn’t find anything that really impressed me. The buffet and restaurants were pretty standard, with nothing particularly special or memorable. For the price I paid, I expected a higher-level experience, especially when it came to the service, food, and overall quality of the stay. I can’t say it was a bad experience, but I definitely expected much more for the price. In my opinion, if you’re planning to spend that amount of money on a vacation, I would recommend considering other hotels that may offer a better overall experience and value for your money."
Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive

"We are a group of 5 people. We had two rooms both with a jacuzzi terrace and a pool view. The rooms were spacious and great. When you check in there is a check in lounge that is very clean and has refreshments and snacks. Check in was super easy and because we were VIP we had an assigned butler. Our butler was Fabio and he was great. We got there early so our room was not ready yet but we enjoyed lunch and Fabio gave us a tour of the property and also showed us the Magestic Mirage app where you can make reversions for restaurants beforehand and find tons of information about the resort. The food was alright. Could have been better. We went to Kabuki, the Japanese restaurant twice. We did the sit in sushi and the food was good and we did hibachi which could have been better. Our rooms were not ready until after 3pm so this was a bit upsetting even though the wait wasn’t super thing. Clean rooms and very spacious. There is a VIP Lounge for VIP guests. The beach was clean, Bartenders were great. Overall I enjoyed it. We did the banana boat and there are vendors on the beach so be aware. For the banana boat we got life vests but the man leading does not ensure the vest is secured and he flipped us in the ocean and one of our friends almost drowned. It was scary and I wish they gave a bit more information but I also don’t think they are associated with the hotel directly. Other than that everything was smooth and great."

"Great service, amenities, and food overall, with the exception of the Japanese restaurant, which lacked ambiance and offered mediocre food. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and serviced appropriately throughout our stay. The property is beginning to show noticeable signs of wear and tear and would benefit from renovations in the near future. That said, it remains a great resort for families, with plenty to enjoy. Overall, we had a great time and a very enjoyable stay."

"Amazing property, especially the water park pool and spa. The main pool was scheduled to have activities almost every hour, but often we would go for a certain activity only for nothing to be going on and for a staff to tell us it’s not happening when we asked. The restaurants were good - food wasn’t great and the lack of dress code did bring down the atmosphere."
