"Beautifully decorated and kept inn right in Paraty's historic centre. Absolutely pristine in terms of cleanliness - I've never been in a hotel so clean. The staff of women are incredible - warm and kind and helpful. I don't speak Portuguese, except for the owner they don't much English, but they were so ready to help me and to provide recommendations. "The hotel is in an old colonial building which has been well restored and is in a great location in the centre of the old town. Staff are excellent and breakfast is magnificent! The only downside for me was the electric shower which wasn't hot enough, but I recognise the constraints in an old building and the character made up for it. "
