"The staff was very kind at check in. We had a wonderful time. We came in for a concert. The parking garage was difficult to navigate with pricing. But this is not affiliate with the hotel. We highly recommend that you stay here. "

"Checkin was horrible. The key system apparently wasn’t working so they couldn’t get us into the room until late. I had my 84 year old mother with me and thankfully our other family members already had rooms for her to rest and sit. Finally I had to go back to the desk and they said they would have to let me into the room but when we went up the key Charles had didn’t work and he said the door battery was dead so he left me there with suitcases and bags waiting for engineering to come up. They easily let me in the room and I placed our bags there. Then I went to FD and they said they still didn’t have a key but could change my room to the Homewoods suites side. We valeted as well and when we got home realized my mother’s wallet was missing from the glove compartment. Horrendous stay will NEVER stay again and would not recommend."

"Clean room, pretty quiet. Breakfast was good, great variety of food, fruits could have been a little fresher, otherwise excellent. Friendly staff throughout our stay."

"We booked this room to enjoy the Animate convention ! It was a pretty quickish walk! The motel was transformed into a swanky trendy hotel! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Great shower and water pressure! I would have gave five stars if they had food in the lounge either complimentary breakfast or some type of food for purchase! There was only one muffin available. Free parking also would have been nice as it was free when I booked but wasn’t the day of checkin! The front desk has outstanding customer service and the hotel was quiet! Just know not the hotels fault, but you will hear the train in the morning! We had a great stay! "
