"Breakfast was great and breakfast staff were lovely. Pool was not the cleanest but there were a zillion people in it, so understandable. Bed was comfortable and room was recently reno’d it seemed. Great stay."

Very nice amenities—thoroughly enjoyed the well maintained workout facility with a large screen tv streaming quality movies from AMC; not to mention, a pool kept at the right temperature AND lovely outdoor seating areas to enjoy with family and friends! 3. Super nice and accommodating Breakfast and Bar Staff (particularly the Manager, Anthony) serving an exceptional breakfast. Super Thanks! 4. Proximity to nice restaurants and Hamilton Place Mall; our personal favorite—Beignets and Brew located just around the corner All of the above made for a very enjoyable experience! "

"The staff was so great and helpful. I wish I got her name! But the lady at the front desk helped show us to our room and helped carry our luggage when my partner had to run out due to an emergency. The room was clean, updated and the beds weren’t too bad either. Super happy with our stay here! "

"The room had a unique smell - like too clean or cleaning products that were overpowering. We didn't stay long because we arrived super late and left in the morning. But, the smell was unforgettable and unfortunate."

"The room had been recently renovated. We had a little problem with hot water to the shower (thanks to factory settings on the shower head that hadn't been adjusted yet) but Hank from staff was helpful and got that quickly fixed for us. Overall great value. Beds and pillows were comfy, breakfast as expected with some hot options, and it was quiet. "
