"Great room.nice staff"

"Always a lovely stay, welcoming staff, wonderful cafe and a rooftop restaurant. Walking distance to the river park area and a large variety of dining. Appreciate that this isn't located on the main street with the convention center, but easily within walking distance. One of my top 3 stays when I'm working in Fort Wayne. The rooms are the best appointed in town. "

"Hotel was worn and dated. Room had a smell when checking in. Even though this was mentioned to the front desk at the beginning of my stay I was charged for damages 2 days later (the smell)."

"I have stayed there many times over the years. Even when they had frozen pipes and we walked thru water in the lobby. I was disappointed in the room. Wallpaper pealing, bathroom floor coming up, paint needed fixing. It just seems it was let go. Not sure I will stay there again. "

"Would’ve loved to use the pool but it was occupied by two or three families that had kids in the pool all day yelling and jumping in and the parents hanging out in the lobby not watching them for hours both days we were there. We left at 12 and went out came back around 4 and they were all still in there so we tried again at 7 and they were still there we gave up at 8:30 when we checked again. That’s our only complaint great place to stay."

"Tried 2 different rooms. Both not clean. Blood on sheets. Hair everywhere. Finally had front desk give us new bedding and pillow cases. No staff available to change bedding. Woman at front desk was kind and apologetic. Seems serious staffing and employee issues exist."

"Parking easy and the room was nice. The hallway carpet was uneven, the hot tub was not working. The staff are nice and helpful and the common area was quite nice"
