"Absolutely a lovely, quiet hidden gem right at the beach."

"This is a beautiful old house from the early 1800’s full of interesting furniture, paintings and decor. I felt like I was comfortably living in the past but with modern air conditioning and internet. The location is an easy walk to most of downtown Newburyport. The inn atmosphere made it easy either to interact with other guests or to have privacy if needed. Breakfast was delicious and provided another opportunity to chat with other guests. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and especially Caitlin was gracious, welcoming and helpful. "

"I would 100% come back to this place. Our suite was absolutely amazing, and very clean. It is spacious, has a very big and cool shower, has great ac and giant tv, plenty of light, has a safe, and the biggest, most comfortable bed I have ever laid on. The pillows aren’t as comfortable as the bed, and the breakfast is very limited, but there is plenty of breakfast/brunch places in walking distance, so it was not a big deal. Also, you may have to pay for parking! But, I 1000% recommend staying here!!!"
