"The staff were so friendly it was a special birthday for me & we arrived to a plate of sweet treats & a card , lovely touch . Hotel was very central lots of shops , bars , coffee shops & restaurants on the same road 👍 Room was very clean & had everthing you would need , toiletries , hair dryer , kettle , coffee machine , iron , tv couldn’t say a bad word about anything . "

"Fantastic location, unexpectedly large room, very clean, modernized bathroom, amenities available downstairs 24/7. Two extremely minor nitpicks: * The church next door rings bells frequently. The sound isolation in our room was ok, but we still heard them at night. Hotel did provide earplugs. * The TV was small and pretty barebones - only live TV and a "pay per view" app. You can connect other devices with an HDMI cable, but it's not as nice as being able to sign in to your own streaming apps."

"Hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Reykjavik with great transport links and easily accessible. Staff on the front desk were warm and welcoming and catered to our needs. The room was clean and spacious, and we were on the 8th floor which had an amazing view over the city. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any family or friends that are visiting Reykjavik. "
