It is a neat and clean hotel.The housekeepers definitely done a great job. The room has a huge bed even though we wanted twin, but we were satisfied with it. The drinking cups are even sealed with cling wrap, which is very hygienic. The price is reasonable with a simple breakfast provided.

The property was in central market area. Easy access to restaurants. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Bed sheet and pillows were clean. I reserved non smoking room but the hotel staff gave me a smoking room without even telling me. The smell was very strong. Turning cold AC helped the smell a little bit. That is the reason that give this rating.

Decent Breakfast!
Stayed at Deluxe Triple Room for 3 nights. Room was clean, provided bottled water, towels, somewhat unstable wifi, TV, and the breakfast was wonderful. Saw a few small roaches but overall room & hotel conditions were fine. It was great quality for the price! Hotel front desk kept our passports for us throughout the stay and had staff at the lobby early morning till past late past midnight.

Convenient location.
Construction in the adjacent lot is loud, not the hotel's fault. Handle missing off wardrobe, no toilet paper dispenser - it was sitting on the top of the tank, booked for 2 and body wash and shampoo wasn't even enough for one person. Restaurant staff friendliest of all. Chamber staff nice. Room booking said king size bed, double was provided. When I asked they simply said room booked was standard double, no king size. Cheap, but I don't recommend it.

This place is newly renovation, and it is clean. However, the morning breakfast is very limited and not very good food. Rooms service personnel is lacking off experiences, did not supply necessary such as shampoo and hand soap, etc.. until to request for it.

the hotel is located in a convenient area. the hotel staff was helpful enough. the room seemed a bit old, however. the windows wouldn't close properly and the bathroom facilities were not overly impressive. the free breakfast was also not prepared with much semblance of a care.

Good location, fantastic service
About a fifteen minute walk away from the bus station (easy enough to get a motorbike lift if you arrive there from the airport). Away from the centre of town but just across from a beautiful park and not far to walk to get to the Palace or cathedral. Hotel is in a good area, plenty of shops around although you do have to walk a little further for food. Service at the hotel is super, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good, standard fair for South-East Asia. A good hotel and great value.

Family run business with great value for money.
We stayed here for 5 nights, and had a very pleasant time. The hotel is a family run business, and while the furnishing and building is a little old, the staff made all efforts to ensure we were comfortable. They upgraded our room to a city view for free as we were staying for 5 days. One arrival we discovered that the hot water in our bathroom was not working, and neither was the wi-fi on our level, but after a serviceman attempted to fix these without success, we were moved to a new room immediately without a problem. Great price for a hotel in the centre of the city with breakfast included. Would recommend.

The City Star Hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast had several choices on its menu and there was always plenty. The hotel staff were helpful and the rooms were serviced daily. The hotel also let us leave our luggage while we went touring so that was helpful. Overall we felt it was a good budget accommodation. We would stay there again.

My stay was a place to rest my head. The hotel needs more maintenance. I wasn't comfortable due to lack of cleanliness and maintenance of hotel. On a good note, people were friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly close to everything which is what I liked. However, its not a place I would go back too. Not worth the money.

Great location
Location was really good, and we were able to walk to most places we visited. Rooms were clean, basic. No windows though, but we didn't really spend time there, only slept there so it was actually better for us that way (no light too early in the morning). The staff in day shifts was nice and helpful. The night shift on the other hand can be quite rude and totally useless.

We were very unhappy. We stay at inexpensive places but this one is sad. We were very hungry but the neighborhood looks so unsafe. It is very far from the City where it's easy to find clean restaurants. Little lighting in the hotels hallways. hard bed. Old pillows, dirty walls that needed painting years ago. The front desk smells very bad from the manager smoking. no breakfast was offered at this hotel. Long Taxi ride into the city. We stay at budget hotels often at a lower cost with breakfast by Benh Tanh Market where you have things to do. I am Happy to tell you the truth about our bad experience here. I have been traveling 3 months now in asia and this is the first place to get a negative Ten Star.

Great Hotel Budget Price
The Staff is very nice and helpful, Rooms are clean, Breakfast is good to get your day started. Nice low cost places to eat in the neighborhood. Try to get a room on 3rd floor or above on the front of the building for a little more money so you get some sunlight in your room or you will feel like your in a cave and sleep too long. Typical street noise on the front side. Back side dark and quiet. They watched my large suitcase when I traveled to Da Lat and Da Nang Vietnam. Tell them Daniel say's Hi from California. They know me I was there over two weeks. Good thick Dark coffee tasting like chocolate in the Morning in a tall glass with cream and ice will open your eyes to your fresh made chicken PHO. Above the Best for Less.
It was again my pleasure staying at this Hotel. The staff are very sweet and the breakfast is good, It will save you some money every stay. The best rooms are on the front of the Hotel 3rd. floor and higher is even better with less street noise. Great chicken Pho 10 doors up the street, and super cheap. Another place on the corner you see and pick your food come early in the morning for the just cooked food. The Hotel is safe and I have a Mac Book Pro , Pro Nikon, iPad, iPhone, and no Issues. I traveled to other places and they watched my large suit case until I came back. Taxi's to Ben Thanh cost almost nothing. I will be back!!

5 Star for 2 Star price.
We Always enjoy coming back, It's like our home away from home. We feel Safe and secure here with good security. Staff are great and very helpful. Nice little breakfast included in the price be there before 8:30am. Pay a little more to get a room on the front of the Hotel with a window. Or if you like Quiet get a room on the back of the Hotel without a window and Zero street noise. I stay at 5 Star Hotels and I am not super picky when I'm getting a good deal on a room. A couple of good places to eat nearby, Chicken PHO for next to nothing 15 doors up the street. Great Coffee and assorted food on the corner, but go around noon when its just made. This is our home base and travel all over Vietnam from here.

부정확한 호텔정보 때문에 호치민 새벽 길거리 헤맬 뻔
원래 2017.1ㅣㄴ룸 없고 더블룸밖에 2.27오후 체크인해 7박 예정이었는데 새벽에 호치민 도착해 너무 피곤해서 바로 호텔로 직행하였음. 트윈룸 예약했으나 정작 트윈베드는 없고 더블룸 뿐이었음. 대책 세워달라고 요구하였으나 프론트 근무자 극히 불친절, 더블에서 자든지 나가든지 선택강요. 길 건너편 20 부이 티 수안에 같은 A25 호텔 체인점 있어 그쪽으로 넘어가 대체 요구 트윈룸 있으나 건너편보다 더 비싸 추가요금 770,000VND 발생, 조기입실 550,000VND 비용 발생 프론트는 친절하고 응대 잘 하였으나 이번에는 방이 문제 방음이 너무 안되어 옆방은 물론 윗층에서 싸우고 심지어 아이를 때리는 소리까지 다 들림. 향후 호텔 정보에 더블/트윈룸 구비 여부를 명확히 밝혀주기 바람. 방음 상태에 대한 정보도 숙면 여부를 위해 필요한 정보이므로 추가해주기 바람.

Le pire hôtel dans cette ville!!, les fenêtres ne sont pas fermées correctement car elles sont défectueuses donc bruits de circulations de rues non filtrés y compris ceux du chantier de constructions situé à 15 mètres des fenêtres au 8 è étage!!, 24h/24, nuit blanche garantie même avec des boules quiès!!!. Internet quasi absent à l'étage disponible seulement à l'accueil, à éviter impérativement.

最初は分かりにくい場所でしたが、周りにはコンビニやホテルもあり暗い通りではありません。ベンタイン市場までも徒歩10分くらいです。ホテルにチェックインしたらパスポートを預かられますが、外出時に必要だといえば返してもらえます。部屋はタオル、歯ブラシもあり、タオルも毎日変えてくれます。クーラーも問題なくつきますが、ブレーカーが落ちていたことがあり、その際はフロントにお願いしたらすぐにつけてくれました。お湯は少し冷たいですが、ベトナムの気候(2月)だと我慢できました。値段相応の快適なホテルでした。

コスパ優秀！スタッフ優しい！
テレビのリモコン電池が切れていたのと、近隣の工事がうるさかったこと以外は優秀。 外出するときにホテルスタッフが「スリと引ったくりに気を付けて」と優しく気遣ってくれた。こういうのは一人旅ではうれしい！ 高層階なのにアリがいた(笑)

Edullinen hinta ja sijainti olivat hotellin hyviä puolia. Englantia ei puhunut kuin kaksi henkilöä koko henkilökunnasta ja sekin usein puutteellista. Aamupala oli lähes lopussa toisena aamuna 8.30 eikä lisää ollut tulossa, joten aamiaiselle kannattaa mennä ajoissa.

安いホテルにして後悔しました。
ホーチミン空港に夜着いて、滞在時間も数時間なので、寝られさえすればいいと思い、とても安い値段なので予約しましたが、 とても後悔しました。排水溝は詰まっているし、テレビは映らないし、トイレットペーパーの予備はないし、スタッフは、英語しゃべれないようだし・・・。 朝食は、地元の人が多いのか、話し声がとてもうるさく、食堂は狭いし、料理の品数は少ないし。 やっぱり、ある程度料金が高くてもランクの良いホテルにしたら良かったと思いました。 ただし、エアコンは、ちゃんと効いたし、ベッドもぐっすり眠れました。 あっ、そうそう、ベッドの掛け布団は、破れてましたけど・・・。
