Be aware, do not book from Kotrip Luxury Vacation Le'man Residence. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! My trip in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam was ruined and extremely stressful because of them. I rented two 3 bedroom apartments and was told the units were not available upon arrival. My family was stranded without a place to stay. When I attempted to text and call them, I was ghosted. I paid a lot of money for these two apartments and was left with nothing but stress. When asked if they were going to refund me, they never answered. I now have to spend unessasary time disputing these charges with Hotel.com and my credit card company. I hope hotel.com will block this company so they do not scam others.
