The guide was very enthusiastic and always available on Zalo to support customers. Especially when customers asked for reference for their next trip and the guide gave a quote that was off by only 200k, the guide always apologized and thanked the customers. The culture and attitude were very polite and respectful. Thank you very much and wish you all the best.
