Central Park area is nice and safe. However it is far from all the local places we wanted to visit. Required a lot of commuting to the local action. The unit we stayed it was not as nice as pictured. It was a little runner down. The building Landmark plus was doing a lot of construction/maintenance. Right outside our room by elevator tile floor lifted up causing a huge dangerous tile mount we had to avoid. Overall our stay was just Ok. Would not stay again. Communication w/ property manager was easy via WhatsApp.

The pictures provided are misleading and the amenities listed, such as an outdoor swimming pool and gym room, are benefits ONLY for those who are renting long-term (6 month minimum). Not to mention, all of the other poor conditions of the living space. The bed support underneath was broken in multiple spots. When asked for extra pillows/blankets, they refused as each bed is for only two pillows and one blanket, even though the pictures show more. The couch pictured was different as well. Toilet paper is not provided, we had to buy our own. Only two bath towels, one for each bathroom was given. The washer and dryer is done in the same machine; when washing one load, the drying time is extremely long, minimum 2 hours for the drying cycle AND it is not dried at the end. We had to run multiple drying cycles, for us we had to do three, to have the clothes come out completely dry. This is no exaggeration.
