This hotel need some TLC.

So I booked this hotel because I saw there was a big price drop. I think like 40% off. The hotel is rather old. It definitely needs some upgrading. Room was fine, nothing special. It definitely did not look like the pictures that were posted. Overall just a cheap place to stay with a very dated kind of run-down Hotel. If you plan on staying in Saigon and are looking for a cheap place to stay with nothing special, this hotel is fine. Another thing is if you have children you might not want to stay here, there is a big flashing neon sign offering massage. I did not get 1, but I assume it's not the typical spa massage.

Nie wieder dieses Hotel !!!

So ein dreckiges Hotel habe ich noch nie gesehen. Weiterhin habe ich ein großes (30 m²) Zimmer mit 2 Betten gebucht. Wollte eigentlich mit zweit Personen anreisen. Die zweite Person ist jedoch krank geworden. Nach zwei Nächten im großen Zimmer wurde ich einfach in ein Standard-Zimmer verfrachtet. Ich habe für ein großes Zimmer bezahlt. Das geht nicht. Wenn ich Business-Class buche und bezahle, dann kann man mich auch nicht in die Economy-Class stecken. Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, dass ich mein gebuchtes Zimmer nicht wieder bekomme, hat man mich einfach aus dem Hotel geschmissen und in ein anderes Hotel (3 Kilometer entfernt) gefahren. Das andere Hotel war noch dreckiger. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent. Dieses Hotel sollte Expedia aus dem Programm nehmen.

　ただし、セキュリティ等には大いに問題あり。 　客室清掃前には正常だったスーツケースの鍵とチャックを強引に開けようとした形跡ががあり、半分ほど壊されていた。 　ダイヤル式のロックだった為、開けられる事は無かったが。 　フロントに苦情を言っても、スタッフは現地語しか話せず埒が明かない儘 チェックアウトした。 　今後、このホテルには2度と宿泊する事は無い。

Pictures are deceiving, although; friendly staffs.

Pictures are not what is advertised (not even close you would be scared to see the differential between the picture and actual life). Wifi is terribly slow best time would be around 4-5am, if you plan on using the wifi. Other wise it's better to just walk out to a coffee shop to use their wifi. Rooms are leaky, unclean and has a weird odour aside from the smoke smell. The staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Price option I would rate this hotel is if you get it within 7-10$ u.s/ night other wise you could find way better elsewhere.

Vi var på 5 forskellige værelser i løbet af 2 dage, før vi endelig flyttede vidre til et andet hotel! Der var fyldt med mug på alle de værelser vi var på, samt utrolig faldefærdigt og ingen komfort.

Chambre relativement propre, constate seulement poussière sous le lit, et cafard énorme à notre arrivée mais nous pouvons mettre ça sur le lieu propice à cela. Déception totale sur le petit déjeuner inclus : un menu de 5 choix avec souvent deux indisponible... le menu 2 pain de mie beurre confiture café, un peu léger... Tôi đặt phòng trước,nhưng đến nơi thì lại không có phòng,phải ngủ ở nơi khác do ks sắp xếp. Nơi đó máy lạnh không hề lạnh. Cảm giác rất ngộp. Sáng hôm sau tôi có việc đi sớm(4h sáng đã đi) hành lý nhờ nv ks chuyển về lại bên ks. Nv ks không để lại thức ăn vào tủ lạnh. Thế là hư cả bịch thức ăn. Tôi sẽ không đến khách sạn này lần nữa.

So bad

I made a reservation but they said they didn't prepare the room. They sent my family to hotel which takes 5~10 minutes. That hotel was close to Traveler's lane so it was too noisy to sleep in the late night. My mom can't take a rest so we have to move to other hotel. It wastes our money. Please go to other hotel instead of here. You won't regret it if you go other hotel.

Room size smaller than advertised.

Make sure they give you the correct room size. The room they gave me is smaller than what expedia says the size is. They don't have white sheets and blankets like most hotels do, so you don't know if it's clean or not. They have a shady massage place on the 9th floor. They charge 300,000 for a 2 hour massage, plus tip. I negotiated for 1 hour for 150,000, and 300,000 for the tip. For a total of 450,000. I gave them 500,000, and the attendant decided to keep 50,000 tip for himself, even though he didn't do anything for me. First of all, they had no hot water. I normally like to shower and bath before a massage. Second of all, the massage girl kept playing with her phone. I told her multiple times to stop using her phone, but she wouldn't stop. I raised my voice and then she finally got the message and changed massage therapists. This second one didn't play with her phone, but rushed the service. 30 minutes into it, she decided time was up. I had no recourse because I already paid the tip. Make sure you pay all tips afterwards, and don't let the attendant try to take your change as tip.
