Best for the BUCK

It was a great clean room, as i was transferring to a new room as my previous room didn’t allow me to extend. Owner let me place my luggage in the room before check in making it easier to move luggage around. She even let me extend my stay last minute and was more helpful with no fuss! Will 100% book again when I come back.

The property manager, Natalie Nga has been very helpful and responsive. She organise a change of room with a view at our request before we checked in. There have been a few minor issues on the functionality of the room due to room change, however she took ownership and resolve the issues as soon as possible. She also make sure that we have a good experience for the remainder of our stay.

Nice Place (but hotels.com need to improve)

Lovely host and great place to stay in District 1. Our one gripe is that Hotels.com don't tell you that you need the owners number to get in. They don't give you any details and having been told we couldn't get in without the owners details and that needs to be sorted. By chance the owner called us after waiting only 15 minutes but it could have been far worse as that was purely by chance. Lovely place though and recommended
