"As soon as I arrive and checkout all the staff were exceptionally friendly, happy and very helpful with any questions i had. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and tiday. Bed was amazing. The breakfast included was delicious every morning out on the balcony as I listend to the birds singing. I didnt want to leave as Dalat is a beautiful town to stay in. "

The staff were exceptionally nice and very professional, always ready to help with a smile. We had an early morning flight and requested a special breakfast box to take with us. The hotel was fantastic in accommodating our request—the breakfast was prepared on time and included a delicious selection. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"We chose this hotel since it looked like it had a good gym, based on the pictures. Well, it did not disappoint as the gym was one of the best hotel gyms we've experienced. But other aspects of the hotel were also great. The room, the included breakfast, and the staff were all wonderful. They really care about you and bend over backwards to make you happy. "

"Beautiful hotel from the lobby all the way to the room! The staff (Wade in particular ) were so warm and welcoming. The staff showed us to our room and then they brought in our luggage! They are so thoughtful! One morning we had to leave early for cloud hunting and Wade prepared for us food to go since we would not return on time for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was always wonderful with great selections for everyone! The lobby is a great place to hang out, with the staff offering something to drink and snack. We can’t say enough just how beautiful and comfortable the hotel and staff! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s a quick Grab ride to the city center (around $1.30) and worth the quietness of the area. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you Wade for a great stay!"
