"Perfect place close to the beach, just cross the street and walk thirty steps past a couple apartments and you’re there. So close that if u need to go to the bathroom it’ll take u 2 minutes to walk. The hotel is very clean and equipped w a refrigerator and microwave. They have beach towels and boogey boards you can use for free! The people are super nice! The place does seem a little old but if u want the beautiful newport beach, this is the place!"

"You essentially get what you paid for. We've stayed at a couple of places and this one wasn't the worst nor was it the best. It is pretty cozy i will say that and curtains blocked the sun out completely so if you need some peace and quiet this is the place! In the beginning we were greeted with some underwear left behind on a lamp so not a good first impression but besides that everything else was good. Staff was absolutely nice and theymade the stay worth it."
