The hotel was like many others but the breakfast, while no overly abundant, was very tasty. And the coffee was top shelf. In addition, the staff was helpful, friendly, and a delight to meet. In addition, the AC worked like a charm. I would stay again.

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.
