The cabin is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The location is just serene. The river is peaceful and we did manage to see a platypus. Location wise is great base for the Huon valley. We loved our stay and would love to return

Loved the sound of the river running right next to the cottage. Loved the dorma windows and how the sun filled the rooms in the afternoon. Unfortunately the gas ran out and we weren't able to have a shower one morning but thankfully the host attended to the issue quickly. A well appointed cottage outside of the hustle and bustle of Hobart.

The little creek running past. The wood burner. The comfy bed. We had all we needed plus port and chocolates!! Everything was perfect and we would love to go back one day.
