The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, walking distance to the wharfs, Salamanca Markets, Botanic Gardens, etc. Breakfast buffet options were great. Check in and check out, left luggage, etc were seamless. Staff were outstanding.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, lovely staff. Right in the centre of Hobart and walking distance to everything really. The buffet breakfast was also amazing!

Valet parking was inconvenient. Better off parking at adjacent carparks, though nightly fees would be similarly steep. Location was good. Staff service excellent. Cleanliness and size of room was great!

the location of the property is good, convenient to walk around the city. However, there is no parking available. Valley parking was expensive. Breakfast bar was the same everyday, by the 3rd morning we were not sure what else to choose. Room service was a little slow. Corridor was dirty most of the time, needed vacuuming. Staff was very friendly especially concierge's.

The only criticism I have for the property is that the Valet parking relied on stopping in the main street and there was no "driveway area". Apart from that the staf and service were excellent. everyone was really helpful and they had more than a few great suggestions of things to do that suited my mobility level and were easily accessible.

Room was excellent, beds very comfortable. Right in the middle of town. However, if you are travelling in a car this property is not for you as there is no parking on the site. The car is taken to an external parking facility and you need to give 30mins notice to get your car to the front door. Staff very helpful.

The view from the floor to ceiling window was a real wow moment when we walked into our room. The room itself was really comfortable and modern. The bed and bedding felt luxurious and the buffet breakfast was the best one I've been to in a really long time and great value as well. The valet parking was tricky, it was poorly signed and when you don't know where you are or what to do driving in the middle of the city trying to figure out where to pull over was unsafe and needs to improve.

If you have the unfortunate timing of large sports teams departing expect delays. It took us 40mins to just gain a park to allow us to check in. The parking is terrible.

Lovely hotel & room however if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night be prepared to be awake until the early hours of the morning due to a very loud nightclub that is located below the hotel. Buffet breakfast was great, there is a lot of positives to the hotel but the noise was unbearable.

Great hotel - rooms are high end and very architectural. Shame there are no doors on the shower recess and the WC. Because of the lack of a door the shower will spray water into the bathroom. Not deal breakers but sometimes architects get it wrong. Staff are incredible. The breakfast buffet first class - only issue is there is only one coffee machine and always a queue at it - need at least one more machine. We love the do it yourself juice machine! The entrance to the hotel is in the very centre of the CBD and not particularly attractive - blink and you willl miss it. Main reception is on the 4th floor. We would stay there again.

We had an excellent stay and everything was high level but was surprised to see that one out of key elevators remained “out of service” causing inconvenience to guests at a very busy time - The staff at breakfast time was launched without proper training and it obviously impacted the quality of service - I will definitely come back - but hope the management will pay attention to these matters

Reception is incredibly slow. I had to just dump my key after waiting 15 minutes to check out. Check in was equally as slow and awkward. Service at breakfast was very average. No one greeting guests. No offer of coffee on arrival, no explanation of omelettes we’re possible on request. Rooms are excellent, spacious and comfortable.

Highly Recommend
Convenient location close to shopping precincts and 15 min walk to docks areas. View from room was better than expected through full room height and width windows. Room controls for curtains and blinds were convenient. Best selection buffet breakfast we have had and includes able to order extras to your liking. Highly recommend hotel and service from staff.

Hotel is nice and new, however we were woke ever half hour during our stay as the TV kept turning on, staff on checkout didn’t really seems to care and said we’ll make a note of that, which just isn’t good enough. One of the lifts were down while we stayed so there were long delays for the lift and we’re pretty jam packed.
