However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. "This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"Amazing view from your room waking up to what you think is a giant mountain view poster plastered on your window. Location can be tricky to find (Google maps isn’t accurate) and road in can be tough for heavy luggages when coming up. Given fantastic food around, I would skip their breakfasts. But otherwise, fantastic place to stay after a body beating day of trekking around Sapa"
