"Arrived at the Hotel and the staff could not be more feiendly and helpful. Absolutely beautiful property with a swiss feel. Room was great , indoor pool with Sauna and showers . Restaurant was amazing and probably our best meal in Switzerland. Perfectly located right at the beginning of all the restaurants and shops in Grindenwald. Walk out the door and two minutes you are in the heart of everything. Walked to Grindenwald First as well.

"Great hotel for a reasonable price in a very pricey area. Didn't realize it was shared with a retirement facility but it was very friendly and well done - we actually enjoyed our stay all the more because of it. If you want an extra pillow or a fan, ask for one before you check in as it closes at 10pm. "

"Very pleased with our stay here. The hotel is centrally located, about 10 minutes walk to either east and west Interlaken train station. The room is very clean and spacious, so is the bathroom. There are many restaurant options with a short walking distance. A Coop store is right across the street, convenient for us to pick up some sandwiches to bring to a hike. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. The morning of the Jungfrau marathon, which was we came to the town for, the hotel started the breakfast at 6am, instead of the regular 7am. It was such a kind offer to us runners! Thank you Hotel Weisses Kreuz! "
"The hotel and staff were great. We drove a car to the hotel… it was a little confusing on approaching the hotel. The road in front of the hotel looked closed so we went around the block a couple times until we noticed that you could drive to the check-in.
