"Our stay at the Sheraton was excellent! The room surpassed our expectations, and the shower is absolutely incredible! My goodness, you felt refreshed and revived, ready to take on the day's adventures or to wind down at night. I have zero complaints! And yes, you do get the stuffed camel souvenir. "During my recent stay at Wanda Vista Hohhot, I was disappointed by several aspects of the experience. The staff was notably unfriendly and appeared either unable or unwilling to communicate in English, which made resolving issues difficult. Although I was assigned to a non-smoking floor, some guests were smoking in their rooms. Shockingly, despite this being against hotel policy, the staff did not address the issue for an entire week. It was only after escalating the matter through Hotels.com that any action was taken. This lack of responsiveness and enforcement of rules significantly impacted my comfort during the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a stress-free and accommodating experience. It falls far below the expectations of quality and service that travelers deserve."
