Wouldn't recommend for foreign backpackers
"It's just a couple of apartments with shared dormitory rooms. You have to call to find the place and each time you want to be let in (even though the phone number on my booking didn't work). No toilet paper, and all Chinese guests that don't speak English and some that smoke in the rooms."
