"I didn’t like that the bellboy never give us the right information, we ask for a 24 hours massage, and twice we gave home the name but he sent us to a location that he is working with I guess, but other than that everything was excellent"

"El desayuno era repetitivo, las cafeteras son 2 y tardan varios minutos en servir una taza, debes hacer cola y esperar mucho tiempo por un café, además de eso una de las cafeteras no estaba funcionando al 100%. Cuando las cosas se terminan rara vez las refilan y se tardan mucho en hacerlo. El hotel no podría estar mejor ubicado, las vistas y el staff muy amable pero el desayuno me pareció pobre y con personal muy lento para manterlo con opciones."

"Room was nice good view and spacious but very damp all the towels felt cold, damp and wet. Breakfast selection was small and food mostly cold and u appetizing and the club room was unimpressed and not worth the money. Gym was relocated due to renovation and not very practical. Staff was ok. Will not stay here again. "

"All in all a good stay in Hilton, lovely room and staff were great. The rainforest shower head is amazing! I think your dry cleaning policy is horrendous - near $120 Aud for 6 t shirts, one shorts and 3 underwear Shirts weren’t even ironed properly.. I pay less when I stay at Hilton in Sydney Australia"
