"Lovely family-friendly Marriott by the beach with Kumamon and teepee room decorations and amenities designed for children. Expedia had the room marked as smoking but I was pleasantly surprised by staff on arrival that all rooms are non-smoking. Manager Chen and her team was warm and friendly and anticipated all our needs. Would visit again next time we need a getaway!"

"A beach hotel that is actually on the beach. Perfect golden sand, warm and safe waters with huge swimming pools for adults and children. Well equipped gym. Outlet shopping area 10 minutes walk away. We are here off season and very quiet. As a large hotel could be difficult to get loungers in high season. Reasonable breakfast. Dinner only worth it if included. Food and drinks very expensive. Overall very clean and lovely hotel."

"I will definitely come back to the Westin for another staycation. The pool is huge and beautiful, and it gets a great amount of afternoon sun. The location is great, too - I love that it’s connected to the Holiday Plaza mall. The staff were so friendly and they spoke English at the front desk and on the room service request line. "We are spending 3 nights every 2 months or so just to experience a level of service that is simply exceptional. Every member of staff from check in to the cleaner understands how to treat guests. We now stay in the Club area where the meals offered are good quality and nothing is too much for them. We spend time around the pool doing work where it is is quiet and the small touches like bottles of water sun screen cream are available for free. If we could afford we would stay longer and more often. The gym is well equipped and again water is available for free. I used the sauna and whirlpool area which is also freely available for guests. "

"So much better than the last time I stayed at a Sheraton some 10 years ago. Will surely return to it next time. The Chinese restaurant in this hotel has fantastic service and food. After eating there, my family doesn't want to eat anywhere else in the city. We ended up dining there every day throughout our period of stay."
