Though we waited pretty long for check in, reception staff were kind and helpful in explaining to us and making sure we were comfortable while waiting. Excellent customer services, however it’s a shame that the room had a couple of issues. Squeaky bathroom door, faulty TV remote control, the room was dated and the furnitures have seen better days. It would be okay if we were staying at a 3 or 4* hotel but given it was Ritz Carlton, it had really failed to meet our expectations.
