However, the hotel can't charge from internal visa cards. Apparently, this issue has been there for a while and I am not the first one encountering this. Though I understand the reception can do little about it..."

"We really liked the Grand Hyatt: the staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was big, well designed, and quiet, and had a great view of the city. The fitness center was big and well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet was superb. a really excellent stay."
