Staff was attentive, nice, and efficient in returning all questions via email. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Spa was wonderful and Emma was the best! Buffet was a two thumbs up for having a variety of choices (Vietnamese, American, healthy, etc.). Great location too! I would def stay here again!

Our customer service representative, Phuong, is an exceptional employee. She was there to help us through our whole stay. She helped me converse with Da Nang city drivers and understand hotel policies. The rooftop pool was exceptional as well but that can be found in numerous hotels. The stand out to me was her willingness to help and assist a foreign tourist who had very little understanding on what to do. Thank you
