"A great location for getting around the city. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout.
We didn't eat at the hotel at all, although we did stop for a drink in the bar one evening; so we can't comment on the food. However the staff serving in the bar/restaurant were attentive and polite.
Reception staff were very helpful at check-in, also helping when we asked for supplies of tea and coffee for the room. They arranged a taxi for us at check-out and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.
The room was small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our only (small) issue was storage, we stayed for 5 nights and there was limited space for clothes. A couple more drawers and coat hangers would be good.
The tiny shelf next to each side of the bed is barely big enough for a 'phone, so a small set of drawers there would have been ideal. Similarly the bathroom could have used a shelf and a few more hooks. But these were minor inconveniences and wouldn't be a problem if staying just for a weekend.
Overall it is a great place to stay and we'd definitely choose it again next time we visit Copenhagen."
