The double room was spacious (by any standard, not just Japan), with room for a desk and chairs. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location overlooking the river, could walk to fish market for excellent sushi. "

And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion."
