"Booked an ocean front with balcony view and called the night before and asked for higher up room for the view. Upon checkin they said only room available was on ground floor and I asked to be moved after the first night and again after second night The personal at front desk were very rude. Booked a room with kitchen was a mistake. Only one small element on stove works microwave didn’t work and cooking utensils was a joke. "

"Kindof hard to dry off after a showing a hand towel, but that’s all that was in the room. Tye property was pretty run down, but you get what you pay for. "
