"Location is convenient, near restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff is super friendly. Hotel property was clean and had bright lighting in all areas. Modern and updated. Room was clean, smelled good and the bathroom was spotless. Pool area was the best we’ve been too, and the second hot tub outside was amazing! My kids usually only want the hot tubs because pools are freezing, but not this one! It was heated nicely, making it enjoyable. It was actually stocked with towels too! Breakfast area was efficient, loved the full walk around stations and multiple waffle makers! Bummer the onsite restaurant was closed during our stay for renovations, but we went to their affiliated restaurant Big E’s, which was good. My only negative would be the elevator- It was very slow and cold, which wasn’t fun after the pool. I didn’t mind taking the stairs but the kids, not so much… honestly, this was a great hotel and we would absolutely stay here again!"
