The fire alarm went off when we were napping in the afternoon but no fire. Got down graded from a suite to a 2 queen room because of an apparent leak in the room we were gonna be put in and got charged for a suite. They wouldn’t refund the money for the room we got put into!

Unfortunately we did have a child pull the fire alarm, something that we couldn't control, but we did our best to get it resolved as quickly as possible.Regarding the leak and the change in your room, I do apologize that a change in the rate wasn't offered to you. I have gone in and refunded the change in price from the room you booked compared to the type of room you actually stayed in. You should see that refund in the next 5-10 business days.We hope we'll see you again so we can provide you with the top-notch experience you deserve.
The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was so good! Lots of variety and the staff were on top of refilling and cleaning as the guests came and went. Very happy with this visit. Will come back again and again. Thank you!
The staff were all so incredibly nice and helpful from the minute we got there. The room was clean and smelled good. Felt safe and comfortable the whole stay. The pool was the highlight for us, we loved having adult swim from 1030 to 12. The pool and hot tubs were clean and the area was relaxing. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Staff took pride in their work, were helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful. Bedroom was clean and updated.

Had issues with parking but other than that everything was good

We Love this property. It is out get-away place to go. We have visited severaltimes.
The rooms are clean and updated. The staff is helpful and friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the pool and spa is the best of all Hotels we visit. Sharkeys bar and grill is fun we appreciate mostvofvthe stall. Johanna is the best bartender. I wish the old menu was brought back. Puzza is the best choice anymore.
Definitely a family zoned hotel - there is a bar, arcade, and pool/spa. Hotel staff was really nice. We didn’t have any issues would definitely stay here again!

The hotel and room were clean and organized. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would recommend and stay here again with my family. Kids enjoyed the pool and game room.
The staff were wonderful. The property beyond expectations. Booking through Orbitz was a nightmare. Book directly through Hampton Inn. You'll be glad you did.
