"Upon our arrival, we had significant difficulty locating Building Number 4. After finally finding the room and entering to look around, we discovered a roach in the shower along with several other small insects around the sink and toilet area. We did not check in until approximately 11:00 PM due to our late flight, and there was no one available to assist us upon arrival. As a result of the insect presence in the room, we were unable to rest comfortably and did not get adequate sleep. After further review, I found reports indicating that this pest issue has been ongoing since 2014. This situation is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness or professionalism expected from a rental property. Due to these unsanitary conditions and the disruption to our stay, we are requesting a full refund."

"The balcony is quite compact and directly overlooks an adjacent building's balcony. Additionally, the cleanliness of the balcony did not meet the same high standards observed throughout the rest of the property."

"Bugs everywhere. Dirty. No smoke detector. Mold. Kids got bitten at night. The guy at the front desk when we checked in was really nice and helpful. This is an owner problem. "

"the breakfast was the same small selection everyday. oatmeal with no sugar, honey or agave only some awful alternative. flimsy plates. syrup is shared, we have to touch what everyone has already put their hands on. nothing to clean or disinfect our hands or the bottle. peanut butter with no jam/ jelly. rooms are passable, i’ve seen worse but definitely not the best in terms of cleanliness. staff not inviting in the least. air conditioning is either too cold or too hot, no in between. not somewhere i would run to return to."
