"Valet and front desk were both friendly and welcoming. The room looked clean upon entry but the bedroom furnishings and fixtures in the bathroom were very dusty, making everything seem un-clean. I also didn't look out my 8th floor window when I checked in late that night, but when I did that morning, I was very surprised by the disarray and unkept look of the property (run down balconies with broken furniture, painting equipment, green mossy overhang). It didn't give professional hotel vibes but more apartment living."

"The hotel is clean the staff was good location was fantastic however be careful when you book if you’re looking for a View these are packages and you have to be very thorough on how you read the description of the room selected. This is a resort so they do not have bathrobes housekeeping shower caps so bring your own. For a family is very convenient because it’s a full apartment enjoy"

"The room that was giving to me was not available it was under maintenance. When I got a new room water was coming out the floor and when maintenance was called down to the room the just put towels."

"If you go with a pickup the Valet will try to upsale you leaving it at the front for extra $49 saying it’s too big to fit in the parking, go inside and get a self parking card, and park it yourself, there is plenty of space. "
