"The location was wonderful. Just steps away from the beach with two beach chairs included with the stay and an umbrella for $20US. Staff were very friendly with requests and I wish a QR code was available in the room for hotel services services such as a reminder that 24 hours notice is required for cleaning. We used the We stayed in a room with a kitchen to accommodate an extremely restrictive diet. Appliances worked well. My only recommendation is to add oven mitts, knives and scissors to the rooms with a kitchen. Getting food out of the oven without oven mitts was a challenge!
We would definitely return to the Costa Hollywood Beach Resort."
"This resort is a fantastic getaway for both families and couples. The amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable seating available no matter what time of day you go. The on-site restaurants are excellent the food and service is great.
The resort’s location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and a scenic bike path right outside. Complimentary bikes are available at the activity center.
Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a mini fridge and a Keurig coffee machine.
The staff was ok, could be better. Some of the staff were not very pleasant, they need to smile more. "
