"The property was very nice, I particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bed, which is very important to me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was spring break, so the pool area was overcrowded, but that’s expected. Only one elevator was working, so at times it was a bit of a wait to get up to the room. The valet system worked very well and there’s also a self park option. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again "

"Listed as a 4* property, but fell short. We booked 2 rooms under 1 booking almost a year in advance, and they couldn’t accomodate them in the same building. Room was dated, lamp in 1 room was not in a great state, the bedding was lumpy to the point it looked like polka dots, and there was a goldfish cracker lying on the floor which hadn’t been cleaned properly. "I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Fontainebleau. The condition of the room fell far below expectations for a hotel of this reputation and price point. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably unclean, with dirty carpeting and an overall lack of proper housekeeping standards. Additionally, several fixtures were outdated or not functioning properly, including broken light fixtures and a malfunctioning door key reader, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Equally concerning was the level of service. Interactions with staff were consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright rude, which only compounded the negative experience. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. I would not recommend this property based on my experience."

"This property is new and clean. However, the walls are very thin, and it was very hard to sleep because I could hear people on both sides of me. And they must know this because they leave chocolates and earplugs on the bed. "
