"The rooms were clean. The breakfast was disappointing. The frozen meats and frozen scrambled eggs were placed in warmers while still frozen and by the time the breakfast began, they were barely warm. The staff at the front desk were great! We asked to be moved to a quieter room and it was done in a timely manner. The airport shuttle was on time taking us to the airport. For additional transportation we used Kaya. Gene was our driver and he was wonderful. Took us to the beach and a nice place for dinner. I would strongly suggest if you book at this hotel you rent a car. The beaches and hot spots are too far to walk to. "

"The pool and hot tub was really good. The hotel itself probably needs a facelift. The staff was friendly. There wasn’t much to do around the hotel in walking distance, shopping, restaurants etc. If you have a car it’s ok if you have to use ride share be prepared to pay lots"

Not so sincere service by staff at the restaurant but 20% service charge irrespective of party size. Expensive valet at $40 per night. Valet staff never pick up phone. Breakfast is average almost like a typical included breakfast in Marriott’s, fresh omelette at omelette bar is good. Gym is terrible, few weights in a rundown side building - kind of motel 6 room converted into gym. 2 TMs and a stationary bike and a bench. No water. Low quality swissballs. "
