"Most casino staff were very helpful, but it was very difficult to get items delivered to the room. So if you use Instacart or Uber Eats be prepared to trek across the resort to get your stuff. They are not accommodating to late check out requests unless you’re a gambler. I’m a Unity member and stay at HRH properties often, but that’s not enough. We stayed twice in one week. Once at guitar hotel and once on casino side. Casino side room had a really nice bathtub, but guitar side did not. "

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing. The only thing I had an issue with was the transportation from the airport. I sat at the airport for over an hour and 45 minutes so the next morning instead of me waiting on the shuttle, I decided to take a Uber overall the hotel was amazing when it comes to the shuttle service. It was horrible."

"I loved it. Everything was much better than I expected. It's updated and clean. There's shops within walking distance and the Hard Rock is straight down the road. Less than 10 minutes. Very nice hotel. Oh and a nice pool. It's a small intimate hotel but very clean. Good food. Had everything. I loved my bed and all the pillows. It was so comfy. "
