"Stayed at Embassy Suites in Miami prior to embarking on a cruise, and was not disappointed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothbrush, thought I would need to buy one but staff had toothbrush free of charge to offer. This was very impressive as it shows they are thinking about meeting travelers’ needs at all level. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Certainly, a great economical choice."

"This is a great little place. Nothing fancy but it's close to the beach, the boardwalk and some great seafood restaurants. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a small kitchenette. The front desk was always helpful and they did provide beach towels which was nice. The pool is super small so I wouldn't recommend this property if you're looking to hang at a pool. My only negative (really a suggestion for the property owner) was the bed wasn't super comfortable and the bathroom had a pedestal sink so a counter or shelf of some kind would have been helpful for toiletries. (And the bathroom was huge so there's plenty of space!)"

"A little dated but clean and amazing rooftop pool area. Fun, cheerful and Miami vibes. The staff I would give 10 stars. Super nice and Maria greeted us with such kindness to where it felt like she was welcoming us to her home. Word of advice if you wish to sleep late ask to be put in the building without the rooftop pool. They have the music rocking at 9am. Beach access across the road and fabulous food walking distance. "

"The room smelled musty and we found mold. We both woke up in the morning with sore throats that cleared up soon after we left. Due to the condition of the room we weren’t comfortable eating in the restaurant. I did ask for a glass of milk and was refused. Told they didn’t have any? The shuttle to the pier didn’t start until 10:00 which was too late for our embarkation time. The staff were barely civil and were more interested in chatting with each other than taking care of their guests. Would never stay there again! "

"Property was overcrowded and the booking “fee” was unexpected on top of the room rate. I booked through Expedia with “VIP access” and none of the “perks” that were supposed to come with it were granted, except for the a late check-in that granted one extra hour. Elevators were the slowest I’ve ever encountered and the fact that the swimming pool turned into a public party at night made the situation much worse… good location, though, breakfast could be better, especially since the only two options were a bakery with a very limited selection of items and an associated restaurant “Casa Gianna” that was overpriced for the quality of service and food offer "
