"The hotel did not have any of our type of room available then when they did it was too close to the street and we could hear everything. We spoke with Michael, the front desk manager and he was able to change it for us. It did take a few extra hours of waiting but we got a better room and the service was most memorable only because of Michael. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was very clean. Lacked towels and face cloths. There weren’t even enough for the 2 of us. Bed was very comfortable. Absolutely terrible design on the sloding balcony door. Broke my finger because there is nothing to stop the door from crushing your hand on the rest of the door. "

"The most beautiful rooms. I've never had such a clean toom in my life. Pool was nice also, and although a 25 minute walk to south beach... it was ni e to get some exercise each night. Its a quieter part of Miami Beach where the hotel was located. The housekeeper that we had was excellent. She did an amazing job. Our floor was 10th, which was perfect. "
