"I stayed one night for a Mother’s Day celebration. First, I paid extra for an ocean view room, but the view was completely blocked by palm trees, so I was never able to see the ocean, which was very disappointing. Second, the air conditioning was broken and leaking water. I called for assistance, and someone only came around 12 AM to fix it. The leaking issue was never fully resolved, and no one followed up or called to check if we needed further assistance. My recommendation is to make sure to ask detailed questions before paying extra for an upgraded room."

"Un peu mal isolé pour le bruit des autres occupants. La plupart du personnel ne parle pas anglais. Le transport proposé pour le port d'embarquement pour croisière pas fiable. On avait réservé avec la réception et le lendemain ne s'est pas présenté. On a demandé a la réception et il n'y avait aucune trace de notre demande. Uber est la mailleur façon de se déplacer. La réception de l'hotel n'est pas fiable."

"Property is well maintained including rooms. There was so much people that we cannot use the pool or the beach. There is nobody checking wristbands and many did no have one. Felt there wasnt much control or security to control overcrowding. Believe the Valet parking was the worst experience. 1 hour to get in and one to get besides the high cost per night. Not sure if the overcrowdness was this weekend but for sure they lost several clients."

"It is sad because I stayed at this hotel several times before and never had any complains. This time ,my room did not have all the towels needed the first day , the hair dryer was broken , toilet seat loose from the floor , no dj on the pool which is one of the things made us come back all the time . The people from the valet parking did not understand that we want only parking for a day and they want to charge us for overnight , specially JENIFER the parking supervisor was very rude . I will start exploring other places . His hotel is not as pleasant at is used to be"

"The hotel is feels really nice, and modern. I like the design of it. There’s a cool automated system for checking in, but also helpful staff members that are still there. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice TV had Google connect. The rooms are very clean. The first one we checked into had a weird smell that also didn’t dissipate after we had been there for a couple of hours, but the woman at the front desk was very understanding and gave us a new room that smelled perfectly fine. The lobby smells really good btw so that was weird, but turned out great thanks to them being very accommodating to my sensitive nose. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The hot breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, sausage, good bacon, hot oatmeal, and yogurt parfait bar, as well as waffle iron. +Good orange juice."
