"From time you walk in to the hotel, you feel the sense of a luxury from the flooring to the lighting to the overall ambience. Once you get off the elevator, you get enthralled by the ambience of the decorations on the room floors, and once you enter the room and witness the breathtaking views from the rooms, it makes it all worth it on top of that. The staff is helpful and engage in making sure that you have an excellent vacation."

"This hotel overcharges for the quality they provide. The entire hotel is humid and muggy upon entry. The staff barely spoke English. My room stayed on 76 despite the air being on 65 and they claim all the rooms felt like that because it’s hot outside. The halls smell of urine and mold. The pool is filthy. The beds are firm. Only plus is some of the views from the oceanfront rooms. Breakfast not worth it either. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"We booked through Expedia. When we got to check-in, we requested to upgrade our room and were told no, that they were at full capacity. Our friends checked in one hour later and were given a room upgrade. They booked through 1 Hotels website using an American Express and were given an upgrade for free. We asked for a late check and were told they lasted they could do was noon. Our friends requested a late checkout and were allowed to check out at 4pm. Probably would stay away from this hotel if you are using Expedia because they will treat you as a second class guest."

"There was not much to like. The rooms are tiny and run down. Mold and rusty. My door had to be slammed shut and hard time to open every time I had to open the room. No ice machine. There are no amenities at this hotel. They have beach chairs but gave me one that was rusty and had to ask to exchange. This hotel needs a whole renovation. Staff doesn’t sweep or pick up garbage from the floor when they service your room. They just do the beds and change the towels."
