"A very sad experience at the Hilton, it is frustrating to arrive to a place with the brand Hilton and be treated like a 2 stars hotel. Staff at reception was very unfriendly. Even the people that were friendly, have no training in hospitality. The overall experience was very poor and most likely will never come back to a place with people that don't want you to be there."

"Parking garage on 13th and Collins is good. $20/day Breakfast and pool are at sister hotel, The President, which is a street over on Washington. The beach is literally across the street from Collins, where the hotel is located. Staff is friendly. The area is walkable. "

"Room was not ready upon check-in time, apparently had door lock issues. Hotel advised it would be another hour before room was available. When refund was requested, another room was provided - there were no towels in the new room, balcony door was not useable. Front desk clerk made no effort to assist. Had to find maid re towels, no one was available "

"Room was smaller than anticipated. Some components of the room were a little rough."

"Staff was excellent. Rooms were very spacious. (Tip: ask for a room above the 4th floor as our view was blocked by rooftop AC units.) Grounds were immaculate. Beach cabanas were worth every penny. Only downfall was that they were setting up for a conference so the pool was closed and we weren’t able to use the complimentary bikes. While the hotel was a five star hotel, we felt like we were staying in a convention center with the conference set up and branding everywhere. I’d assume this is not common but it totally changed our experience."
