"Gorgeous outdoor space - pool, hot tub, bar and activities. "

"When I checked in, front desk said they would figure something out for my complimentary breakfast as I was leaving the hotel before breakfast service started. Didn’t hear back. Followed up, they said they would send something before 8pm to my room for the next morning. Didn’t happen. At the pool deck, attendant cleaned up my clearly active area with my clothes and slippers on a lounger (I was in the pool and saw it happening), I told him I’m still using my towel, he still took it, gave me a shaka, and didn’t get me another one. Ordered room service and was brought the wrong order (luckily this was fixed quickly). On the positive side, the room was ready quite early for my check in."

"The rooms were quite dated for the price point. Room was dusty and dirty unfortunately. Has a lot of potential however the attention to detail where it matters needs to be given some love. Amenities were great, food was good but again a bit over priced. Understand that it comes with the area. They compensated us for the resort fee for the room being dirty."

"Stayed in the Tresor Tower. Long lines & waits for the elevators. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. We loved that the beach is literally walking distance!! Night staff attendant was not helpful or friendly when we addressed a concern. Parking was expensive and very tight. We didn't like that breakfast wasn't included in the stay like it is at most best westerns. They charge for every little thing and it's unneccesary to be honest. Those are a few things to be mindful of but overall our stay was good."

"Great property, everything was excellent. Elevators broke, first one, then second. Lines. Staff could care less."

"The property is dated but clean and had whatever is needed. Parking was just across the street, the pool was nice, had a bar outside and gate to the boardwalk and the beach. Beach chairs were avaialble at the beach as well. I would say there again for a night or two."

"Rooms were clean and modern minus the bathtub was very outdated. Staff were usually very lost and weren’t friendly. Parking was easy we just valet. "
