"I enjoyed my stay at the Fountainbleau. The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. I had an oceanview room on the 15th floor of the Sorento tower. However, I was not informed construction would be going on during my stay or that it would be part of my view. If I didn't sit out on the balcony my view was unobstructed and quiet but once I came outside on the balcony it was noise and the room shook a few times."

"We had the best time. Only 1 issue we encountered but overall it was 99% satisfactory. The only problem is when we checked in the person working there , William, was so rude and unwelcoming and It was kinda disappointing because this was our first encounter with the property. He was rude from the start and when we tried to check in at 12pm and he told us the room would be ready later and he would text us. Finally at 3:45 we go back after receiving no text or call and the lady said the room has been ready over 2 hours. Thankfully that was only issue we faced the whole trip and have to say I usually stay at Lowe’s or Fontaine Bleu and I consider Eden Roc my favorite by far and will definitely be coming back soon."

"Old building do quite noisy and I tint bean the noise from the street. Hear thru the walls and the A/C was crazy noisy like a sports car going by as it starts up every few minutes. As a single traveller I didn’t feel as safe going to the elevator at night. No one really watching if they are with other clients. As the elevator is close by the door. Great location. Great shower and room . Like having fridge and view cute decor and breakfast was good . Staff were great."

"The decor and settings are amazing. However the facility and rooms may be showing signs of aging, or heavy use. The bathroom fixtures are peeling paint, the mattress in our room was slightly lumpy. The room having darker marble floors could use some “night lighting”. Which would help maneuver around in the dark. The tv also appears to need updating. The signal kept going in and out, the remote is old and outdated. For such a fine establishment I expected a bit more “up to date” in room features. We enjoyed our stay, no complaints but there is room for improvement. Thank you!"

"I stayed just one night before our cruise with 2 others and we had the suite #14. Upon arrival, no one was behind the reception desk and there were 2 people ahead of me waiting. When we entered the room (had to come l climb one flight of stairs with our many luggages) the room smelled extremely musty so we opened the window to air it out for a while.... later we just kinda got immune to it. The bathroom is quite nice and big with a huge hot tub. The location of the room is more quite than maybe most hotel rooms in South Beach. The next morning there was Dave at the front desk and he was extremely friendly and courteous. We asked about the coffee and croissant breakfast not realizing it was past 10am already at that time. Dave went above and beyond when he walked us over and helped us to get some very delicious coffee and croissant. He made the difference in our morning and the rating of our stay at this hotel. Someone needs to give him a raise quick!!"
