"Too loud everywhere. Daily staff is good, evening frontdesk staff and night manager are very unprofessional, don't solve problems. Breakfast is 2-3 stars"

"The hotel as crowded. Could not even use the elevators without waiting in line for 30 minutes. Rude staff that enforced crazy rules like not being able to take to elevator to the ground floor. They had someone actually stopping guests in a rude and obnoxious manner. The pools were CROWDED to an unhealthy degree and the water was ….well you can imagine. "
