Customer service was great, hotel was very clean and neat. Check in was very smooth. I was able to check in a little early. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they make you pay a fee for beach towels and beach chairs also bike rentals even though I said i didn't need any of that. I was still made to pay the fee. But overall the stay was great

Staff and location excellent. However , do not think this is a 3 to 5 star hotel. Building is old as is the plumbing, it's basic. Check rooms to ensure you get everything as they seem to be refurbishing.

The room was clean. The beach is close. Great vibe on Ocean blvd. Easy to access many restaurants. Bicycles, towels and beach chair included in room up charge. Building is old and needs interior renovation mainly painted. Exercise area small but working. Overall the location was excellent to see the art deco area and spend time on Miami Beach.

Beacon hotel has an excellent location, which is right on Ocean Drive. You can come out of the hotel and walk across the street to the beach. Unfortunately, it is an older location and needs to be completely refurbished. Tiles in the shower are falling off with black mold visible. The Wallpaper is falling off in the hallways, etc.. unfortunately I checked in late in the evening so I did not get use of the beach towels or the beach cruiser bikes as they are not available after 7:30 PM.

Don’t expect much for the price you’re paying. The location is great, right across from the beach, with a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from. They provide beach chairs and towels. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I had a beach front room. The view was beautiful. Staff was pleasant, friendly and polite. The rooms were clean but the bathroom was small, out dated and the tub, shower door was broken and tub paint was chipped. Tub was so old it looked dirty. Besides that I will stay here again. Very close to everything

I booked this trip spontaneously and after read reviews and I was nervous. Due to its location and age, the hotel was nice. My room was clean and though some items can use a refresh (such as the glass night stand) overall it was a good stay. Elevator was operational the entire time. Chairs and towels provides for the beach are a great touch. It was pretty quiet especially for its location. Staff was helpful and available as needed.

Chairs , towels for beach available Lift worked without problem Room regularly cleaned Air conditioner works well Hot water for shower available all the time . Magnetic key card had to be fixed every other day. Definitely I will come back
