"I had a king suite for 6 wks+. It sufficed. Front desk staff made long term stay tolerable.
- Front desk: Lloyd, Kelan, Robert, & Nadia (desk) and Susan (breakfast attendant) were the stars of my stay - so helpful and kind. They deserve an 'excellent' rating.
- Room: Comfortable. More vacuuming in corners, esp in bedroom, is in order. The mattress was very comfortable. There was plenty of room in closets and dresser, though dresser's drawers were a bit out of alignment.
- Housekeeping: These services kept some of my ratings from being excellent. They change bedsheets only on 3rd day following check in. I'm not surprised that a hotel catering more to those coming/going from cruises doesn't know how to schedule cleaning for a long term guest, but I had to repeatedly ask for sheets to be changed. Front desk staff did their best to communicate this with them and three times told me they'd asked the housekeeping manager to contact me. That manager never did. One front desk associate had had enough and walked a member of housekeeping to my room one evening to get the job done. Housekeeping would empty trash every day (at one point even something that they deemed trash but was not in the trashcan) and changed towels as needed. They would not scrub the sink or tub even when asked. They did, however, change out the shower curtain and wipe down the tub's rim (not the interior of tub) the day I reported pink mold.
I would come back if staying for less time. I needed a kitchen."
