"This property has a nice lobby but the room was outdated with stains on the door/wall & torn/ broken furnishings. The pool was under renovations & the traffic noise was loud. The staff was friendly & helpful but overall the stay was not worth the price charged. This was my first stay at a Best Western and likely the last."

"It took over an hour for the courtesy airport shuttle to pick us up. The shuttle van was very rundown. Check in was very smooth. The soap and shampoo bottles were empty. Some of the plugs in the room didn’t work. The room definitely needs updating. We needed a cab to the airport very early in the morning and were told to dial “0” when we were ready and the desk would call a cab for us. When we did that at 4:30 AM, no one answered. When we got to the front desk, no one was there. She was apparently assisting another guest. When she finally returned, she said we could call a cab ourselves. We said we had no idea who to call. She finally called for us. It would have been nice if there was a list of cab companies available."
