We stayed at this hotel for a few days and, unfortunately, one thing left us quite disappointed. It was my birthday during our stay, and I was surprised and saddened that the hotel didn’t acknowledge it in any way. I have stayed at many hotels before, and this is the first time I have experienced something like this. Usually, hotels make at least a small gesture, such as leaving a birthday card or a little surprise in the room. I’m not even talking about any special gifts or complimentary treats, just a simple gesture that makes a guest feel appreciated and special. It may seem like a small detail, but these thoughtful touches make a difference and create a memorable experience. Unfortunately, this was a missed opportunity for the hotel.

"The property is very close to the airport so you don’t have to worry about missing your flight; the staff are also very friendly and professional. What I don’t like about the place is that there is no fridge in the room."

"Super helpfully located for T4 Heathrow. Completely took the stress out of travelling to the airport. Would have been helpful if breakfast started earlier and if more food was available 24hrs (what with it being attached to the airport). However we were able to order in deliveroo quite easily."
