During renovations, management should work harder to minimize muddy or unappealing entrance areas and consider temporarily lowering rates to better match the guest experience. Small touches like cleaner rooms, refreshed furnishings, and stronger campus branding would go a long way in making prospective students and families feel excited and welcomed during their visit.
